Cunninghammed???TUD hit new low today of 65 cents. Market cap is $150 million. Cunninghammed nonbinding non-bid is for AMK is almost $200 million! If there was a real bid, do you think TUD who owns 3x as much of TC as AMK does would be trading at a 25% discount to AMK bid when it should be trading at a 200% premium?????
when the nonbinding nonbid turns oui to be a nonbinding nonbid, AMK will be sub 10 cents in a heartbeat.............imho.....
you might even see a class action against it which wont help either.........
