There is NO DEAL for amk on the table right now.  Only binding parts of the nonbinding nonbid are on AMK aka the no shop and break fee

where do you get min $5 buyout price for TUD????  Is that before or after TUDs outstanding share count doubles in the next year(s)???  I wont even ask about your $16/share number!!!!

If its worth so much,  why did you sell you and your brothers amk shares in the 20s?????
