RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Low ball offerAs long as you do not feel the stock is collateral lol .. the bank will not look at a penny stock or most likely any stock for that matter but if one has the credit and isn't borrowing more than the value of the shares you have at say even 15cts you remove a ton of the risk factor. One wouldn't go all in and see the deal collapse and have a loan to pay out.. Balance out the risk/reward ratio reducing the risk, increasing the upside, and not being greedy so you sleep at night.
