Just remember, at any time you can sell and buy tuo or tud. We are currently trading at a premium to where we have been for years. If we get closer to .43 I suspect the premium will also increase.     If we actually sell for .43 I suspect tud and tuo will reflect that Pretty quickly. So what I'm saying is if you've been here a while you've probably have some kind of plan ...more

If you have the ability, Consider taking out a loan equal to your initial investment in AMK. If your cost is close to 15cts and you placed the same dollars in TUD you now make 200% on AMK when 43 is paid out and you have a foothold on TUD at near rock bottom prices. TUD could go down a 100% from here and your still up a 100% .. It's a win/win.. The key is to find some cash even if have to ...more

Similar lines of thinking, But with the debtor being slave to the lender thought, I'm done with debt in my life also not gready, I'm content with what I have. I think I'll do just fine and am very greatful to be in this place. If my 5 year 10 bagger turned into a 5 year 4 bagger, maybe even a little lower. I would have a smile on my face while I find the next 10 bagger, probably ...more

This is my feeling as well. I think Stockmoves idea of the bridge loan is a smart move to not miss the boat. But as a debt free person I loathe loans .. even for a good cause. I will continue to buy more TUD as money clears while its low. I'll buy another 1k in the morning. If AMK deal goes though I will certainly re invest into TUD more sunstancially providing it hasn't taken off. But ...more

As long as you do not feel the stock is collateral lol .. the bank will not look at a penny stock or most likely any stock for that matter but if one has the credit and isn't borrowing more than the value of the shares you have at say even 15cts you remove a ton of the risk factor. One wouldn't go all in and see the deal collapse and have a loan to pay out.. Balance out the risk/reward ...more

Thank you SM all good points and matches my concerns with that route. And probably why I have been focused on bring up my TUD shares right now where I typically would be spreading it around as $ comes in. Thank you

Currently, there is NO BID for AMK.  For 5 cents or 43 cents! Yet Stockmoves, who sold all his shares in the 20s, is suggeting that you mortgage your house to  buy more????????  That is insane!    He suggests " taking out a loan equal to your initial investment in AMK....... you now make 200% on AMK when 43 is paid out ...It's a win/win.. The key is to find some ...more
