Just before news coming out. Anyone who wants to sell your shares,  at lease sell at FMV. $0.60. If news is great We start at $.60. If news shitty at least you got FMV Today.

So FMV at 0.60.  2.4 million options at 0.335 Difference is 0.265 0.265 X 2.4 million = $636,000 = signing bonus for the new Director?  Who's interests are being looked after here? Ask yourself the question.  I see massive dilution. What do you see?

You could take it that way.......and you would be correct.  But in being correct it means that the share price has to get to 0.60.   I'll take it........and like it........

Massive dilution? LOL  An additional 2.4M options, on 455M fully diluted right now, is pretty insignificant. And, they appear to primarily be going to a new 'value added' director. It's roughly an additional half a percent to the FD number.  Nice timing for the new guy coming in though :)

FYI If you count the 2.4 million gifts share the director  gave to themselves when they decide to purchase them at that price. Out of 436,916,828 million share fully diluted = 0.0052 % dilution

Ya......you can smell 'em from a mile away.  No meaningful input and all negative.  Stock goes up 10% on no news, but we gotta watch out for dilution.   THE GOLD IN THE GROUND AT TREATY CREEK HAS A VALUE.  20% OF THAT VALUE BELONGS TO AMK.

Just a late bloomer trying to short. Need this stock to go to next leg. $0.60 plus before next results. Share are getting really tight now. Hope everyone is happy with what they have. I'm long here and will sell at $3.50 - $4.00 once reasorce is finalized this year. Take some profit. Get in while you can cuz these prices are bargain basement prices. IMHO.

Yeah yeah we know that too.  How bout the idea that we may get to own the DUNWELL in a spinoff,,,,,,,I'll take that too!  Perhaps a year or so inot the Dunwell Exploration proceedings,,thats right,,not gonna be a long wait at all. Have you seen the numbers from the EXP @ Dunwell?  take a look if you have not,,, will make your eyes bulge.
