1/4 inch thick BOOKLET..... What will A SHAREHOLDERS book value be changed to for EACH OF the two companies????? IE: Will AMK(new)BOOK COST REMAIN THE SAME AS BEFORE? ??? WILL THE NEWCO BOOK COST BE ZERO??? OR?? IT DOESN'T SAY IN THE BOOKLET
