When is the cut off for Spin off shares?

I don't have the information packet yet and thought I would ask instead of going digging.

Anyone know off hand the date of record for AMK shares that they will the last day to buy shares that are valid for the spinn off shares?

1 of December all vote must be in . 3 of December is the meeting for the spin off. So my guees is anywhere before the 3 of December should be good .
