The exercising of options are not a good measure to go by....they present as both a buy and then a sell...not sure if we're on the same page.

The buy price was the strike price, the option, and they pocket the difference to the sell price.

But Options expire is my point....so...If it is not used ...it literally dissappears. So if you don't use it you loose it....so having the right to let's say buy 200k in shares at 0.06 cents or w/e the option exercise price....the value difference between it and the actual share price in the market would just dissappear.  Which when he sold was a little over 20 cents a share.....so

Although I think this isn't necessarily a huge deal, it is still a bit fishy, guy makes over $220k a yr and needs to sell stock to buy $12k worth of options. I'm quite overweight on this stock and am anxiously waiting for this thing to get moving again. DB makes quite a bit more yearly than I do and I don't need to sell any stock if I was to buy more AMK., which I won't until we

I don't think so because our share price right now doesn't take in account our other properties. Party the reason for the spin off. Based of gold in the ground AMK is well under valued. Once reasorce is finalized it opens up a whole new investor clientele. Amk will see a huge up take in share price and a possible a premium buyout. The increase of gold is icing on the golden cake.
