TD DECIDED TO distribute SPINOUT SHARES BASED ON OWNERSHIP TODAY MARCH 3 INSTEAD OF CLOSE OF BUSINESS FEB 24...... THIS WAS FROM THE PHONE IN TD REP AFTER SHE TALKED TO THE BACK ROOM BOYS.. I PHONED IR AT AMK, THEY CHECKED WITH THE TRANSFER AGENT AND EVERYTHING WAS LEGALLY CORRECT UNTIL TD DISTRIBUTED THE SHARES THEY RECEIVED FROM THE TRANSFER ENTITIES TO INDIVIDUAL TD ACCOUNTS......... WE ARE OWED, FOR EXAMPLE, 5831 STINGER SHARES AS THEY, ON THEIR OWN INITIATIVE, TOOK HOLDINGS AS OF TODAY MAR 3 NOT FEB 24 CLOSE OF BUSINESS... ...THEY PROBABLY HAVE KEPT THE EXTRA SHARES FOR THEIR BACK ROOM TRADERS ACCOUNTS............. IF YOU DO NOT CHECK BY MULTIPLYING . 11234 X THE NUMBER OF SHARES IN YOUR ACCOUNTS ON THE 24TH YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CORRECT STNG SHARES PHONE IN TO GET YOUR COMPLAINT IN TOMORROW AM.. THE REP HUNG UP ON ME AT 3. 01 TODAY, CLOSING TIME, AS I WAS TRYING TO TALK THE MANAGER AT MARKHAM........ ASK FOR THE MANAGER... THE REP COULDN'T EVEN TELL ME WHO SHE TALKED TO..... IS IT TIME TO GO ELSEWHERE??????

I'm in the same boat as you with TD NOMOREROLLBACKS. I received appropriate STNG for the AMK shares still in my account today but I didn't receive the STNG I'm due for the quantity of AMK shares I sold on Feb 25th. Guess I'll be on the phone with TD tomorrow to sort it out......   Surprising that they would screw up on the Feb 24th effective date........ Thanks for pointing

how did you make out with TD. DID YOU GET YOUR CORRECT NUMBER OF SHARES?

I called TD this morning and they opened a problem ticket, their  back room will investigate and get back to me in one business day. So I'm still up in the air......  I sold the AMK shares during the day on Feb 25th so I met the qualification criteria of AMK holdings as of end of business Feb 24th..... I'll provide an update when I hear back... Still have a large chunk of AMK

I TAKKED WITH TD MONTREAL MANAGER................. BOTTOM line is that CUSTODIAL STAFF DISTRIBUTED SPINOFF SHARES TO THOSE THEY HAD ON THE BOOKS AS OF MAR 3, NOT FEB 24,CLOSE OF BUSINESS....... PERSONS WHO BOUGHT HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF AMK SHARES AFTER THE 24 UNTIL THE 3RD, AT TD, WILL HAVE RECEIVED FREE STINGER SHARES THAT BELONG TO FEB 24 HOLDERS..... GREAT SYSTEM THEY HAVE AT TD..... IM GLAD

I think I'll copy Investor Relations  at AMK on it as well so they are a ware of the issue

OF COURSE,,,, NO NEED TO ASK..... ON TDS ACTIONS IF INSTEAD OF ME SELLING TO ROUND DOWN TO AN EVEN 900,000 AFTER FEB 25, I HAD INSTEAD SOLD EVERYTHING ON ANY DATE UPTO MARCH 3, I would HAVE RECEIVED........... NO SPINNER SHARES BECAUSE THAT WAS THE DATE TD DECIDED TO ISSUE THE SHARES........................ THE NUMBER OF TOTAL SHARES WAS DETERMINED BY AMK, THE TRANSFER AGENT, AND SOME OTHER AGENCY

So Stinger trades tomorrow and the share allocations are incorrect . How do they correct a stock allocation once the stocks in play and being traded ? sounds bizarre

Great point....with that in mind, this whole thing should be ironed out by tomorrow...perhaps they have an account to hold them in.
