I know this is boring stuff but look at my post and read the section about compensation, only 18 pages. From that you will be able to figure out just how many more they could have issued to themselves and look at how much cheaper too. Perspective is important.    If anyone here has the experience this team has and is willing to do the work without compensation, seriously reach
