You kind of have to wonder why a large bank is stopping to loan out money.... isn't that what banks do?? Except when they are trying to protect or cut their losses of what's coming in the near future. Just my opinion. I think it's a good time to be in gold and silver.  opinons anyone?

We had one of our granddaughter's student loans through Wells.  They just went out of that business a few months ago.  They also shut down HELOC's and some auto loans.  I get it that they are restricted by the regulatory caps these days, but they are still getting deposits, so if  they don't loan that money out they run up against the caps while making no money at

Great read Krammer...the Biden plan: kill the economy with interest rates. Then increase the labor force to labor demand. I could see where this could spiral out of control. The Biden plan to kill the economy with interest rates? The Fed or -Federal Reserve Bank- controls the interest rates. Killing the economy with interest rate hikes, or in other words, a recession, only puts the double whammy on the downward price of gold. First off, you have the Fed joke of an attempt to get inflation under control with interest rate increases well below the CPI rate of inflation
