My theory, and just my opinion.
Someone knew they could lock up a deal on the cheap right now. Also KK is hunting high grade this year. So the time frame to negotiate an agreement gives them the time to see a couple drill results

For me to get my 59-63 buy on TUD it had to fill me at .63 lol.. 64 will not cut it and if I totally miss all the better for TUD holders. This is so oversold.... Your link Krammer spells it out well !
