I do not dispute what you are saying FD... just keeping it conservative and stressing the buy opportunity.. When you look at the risk/reward ratio at these prices it's just too good.. I will have my final 1/3 likely in the next few weeks and then we place the insurance bids..

FD I respectfully disagree with TUD historically being on time. If you look at the timelines they actually tend to push things out further than expected. I love this play but that is my one pet peeve with TUD is that they tend to delay things to the extreme. My own personal opinion is that they will release an updated resource at the very end of Q1 2023 if not Q2. I'd actually be shocked to

Personally I am not that concerned about the Timing of the PEA and nor have you.. What I see is a weak share price and a spectaular opportunity ... What will change everything is IF ??? and I say IF?? Gold gets some wind behind it's sails and we push thru 1900$. that combined with the opportunity in this play will do wonders for the share price..

Check out SEA/SA levels on charts, check out the early years of SA/SEA: Just knowing of the differences when we have 27.3 ounces present .  See chart at 1999 thru 2009 these price levels are ours so to speak as well, comparatively. SA was like .25cents US in 1999-2001,,  When they get the elephant off our back we can see run times,,,,,,,SEA previous highs of at $40.00 US,,,,,,,

I have looked at SEA and have in fact used on numerous occasions to justify owning this stock... We are all on the same page here I think....I'm not meaning to be negative, more just warning against placing unrealistic expectations on the company.... The only reason for my prediction is from KK's last interview. He mentioned that a PEA takes about a year to complete. He also talked about funding and it seemed like maybe they had enough money for an updated resource but not a PEA at this time.  Connecting those dots ( and this is entirely assumption from my end) that would put a PEA at end of 2023 at the earliest. Did Konkin (or anyone for that matter) say a PEA was being delivered this year?  I don't recall this, I recall that they were planning to update the resource estimate.    PEA / PFS are two very different things than updated resource estimate.  Could be wrong, but post a link to anywhere anyone has promised a PEA and I'll take it back.

Unfortunately he's not wrong....which is what I'm trying to warn against.....when unrealistic expectations don't get met the bashers show up and the facts support them rather than us.... The situation is what it is....there WILL be a PEA at some point we just need to be patient....
