Well…….

If Seabridge can't drill their 5 billion ++ twin tunnels through Treaty Creek. What's plan B? Or C? People are waking up to the fact that Seabridge is kind of in a pickle. Seabridge needs to own Treaty Creek. Plain and simple. How they going to do it. Not sure, but I'm sure there are some good guesses out there. I'm thinking Treaty creek will be sold as a premium to Seabridge. Treaty Creek is vital for Seabridge success. Hope Seabridge worked out a plan and price for Treaty Creek. Hostile takeover? Money talks bulls*it walks. It's kind of a interesting what Seabridge is going to do. Like I said before, both companies need to play nice in the sandbox and make all shareholders money. If they don't the litigation would be yrs and most of us will be pushing up daisies by the time it's over.

With the way things are looking with SEA I hope that 0.125  amk prediction comes true so we can load up on cheapies...

I could be DAISY #2 then.  Mineral rights are supposed to be issued under "EMINENT DOMAINE" to the person, corporation, company, or any other fully LEGAL constituant such as a legal TRUST, anon.   Eminent Domain should put TUD fully in control, being that TUD has performed all Legal commitments for and to sustain its full expectations of the Treaty Creek claims that is ...more

What is so lovely here is Goldstorm will likely be sold off as a single entity. That being said Goldstorm is so huge that it aught to bring in a very decent dollar for TUD ... With TUD being held down for so long the only way we get a very profitable offer is if Gold takes off into new territory and that may happen yet. If not we likely get an offer in the 5-8$ range on TUD. Still not horrible ...more

Hello Stockey1 !   My line of thinking is TUD gets offer from RUDY/SEA to buyout the Goldstorm from now KK/TUD.  Perhaps and when the MONSTER "Pefect Storm" gets drilled out that too could be sold the RUDY for a KINGs FORTUNE to KK/TUD.  Such deals would be HIGHLY in favor for Seabridge and Tudor as well.  The math is easy and probabilty stands pretty HIGH that ...more

It is definitley in SEA's interest to be in control of the access route that is currently a huge hurdle for them... Sea does appear to be the obvious choice to do a deal with TUD for the Goldstorm deposit, but to raise the dollars required to buy this at FMV I question. Does SEA have the ability to raise the billion plus, this deposit is deserving of, and if so after the acquisition of ...more

Although Treaty Creek would be a perfect Phase I for a combined TC/KSM project, Seabridge is far too undervalued to make a bid for Goldstorm, let alone all of TC.   Tudor's recent move to invalidate the Seabridge tunnel route makes me think there might be another player interested in Tudor who wants the tunnel status clarified now to derisk a bid or JV on Goldstorm.  That's ...more

Great to hear from you again!!!! The wording of SEA License of Occupation states that there is no significant deposit to their knowledge at the time the License was granted (this is not verbatim but gets the point accross.) I just wonder now that there IS in fact a significant deposit  what that does to a license that has not been acted upon or construction started. I'm no legal expert ...more

That's correct , the license for tunnel  was granted upon incomplete information. I know if I was planning on building a Mega structure I would drill many holes along route prior to finalizing a plan for construction.Sea has to either find another route or buy the Three Amigos.
Comment by stockzorg on Aug 03, 2023 11:57am
Seabridge committed to drilling 20 holes along the MTT route and making the core available to Tudor.  They did at least some of that drilling and I never saw any indication that Tudor reviewed the core. Seabridge has no way to buy the Amigos while it spends $375 million to achieve "substantially started" status for KSM and with a stock price that values all of SA at about what it ...more

I think the LOA has about 13 months left.  My sense is that Seabridge may be resigned to a new tunnel route.  The "substantially started" classification will not be in place by then. The Tudor action to invalidate the current tunnel route may be designed to force a statement from Seabridge in the short term. The idea that Seabridge may have a partner within 9 months has some ...more

The Thre Amigos hold all the cards. If a Major buys Tud they can then squeeze Sea for KMS.

I Am in 100% agreement with his whole post on the tunnel fiasco.. Until this is clearly sorted out the three amigos stock prices will go down, down, and down. I see TUD AND TUO back under a dollar very quickly...... I UNDERSTOOD IN PREVIOUS YEARS that SEA stopped drilling because they hit good gold mineralized ore and they FELT AT THAT TIME a tunnel could not POSSIBLY GET  government approval ...more

I have to disagree, I don't see how the tunnel fiasco could possibly have negative impact on the 3 amigos. Only Seabridge has something to lose here. At worst, the amigoes will be compensated for any lost minerals due to the tunnel. At best, they just explore the area eventually themselves. Or forcing a premature sale of both companies at the same time to ensure access for any of these " ...more

More enticing for a big player to have Seabridge and Treaty one big package.
