Mineral rights are supposed to be issued under "EMINENT DOMAINE" to the person,corporation, company, or any other fully LEGAL constituant such as a legal TRUST, anon. Eminent Domain should put TUD fully in control, being that TUD has performed all Legal commitments for and to sustain its full expectations of the Treaty Creek claims that is their obligation to fulfil annually, the legal drilling and or exploration to maintain full possession of "EMINENT DOMAINE" duely issued from "A" Territory or Province.
