The need for Cash ..

That was a very informative interview with KK... The requirement for cash at these low prices in this market is an obvious issue. Not that the company can't raise cash, but as KK states.. You raise money and 4mths later the PP holders sell into the market creating downward pressure on the stock depressing the share price. You combine that with the short pressure and it's an endless cycle. The only real game changer that we all keep hoping for is that Gold reflects it's true intrinsic value that is closer to 3k over 2k. That imo is what it will take to light a spark and make a huge diff. If we get a rally in the market you will see TUD lift back to $3 and KK can go to the market for 50 to a 100 mill at 2-3$ a share vs this $1 stuff that is diluting the company at a far faster pace. I raised this concern b4 about dilution effecting all of us and got poopooed but it does effect all of us. Will a partner solve this requirement for money? perhaps. Will it solve dilution? not at all. Every raise has the same overall effect. I like how KK mentions borrowing cash even at 10% is worth a consideration. He very well maybe onto something when you do the math. Many avenues to consider I am sure. Ken mentioned we are running on fumes again so another raise or partner will have to be addressed. Eric Sprott  doesn't want the dilution at these prices so the only other answer is for ES to step up for another 10% of TUD... hard to know what happens next as we all sit tight...

Many decades ago I participated in many rights offerings whereby existing shareholders could subscribe and over subscibe, if desired, for addition shares dependant on their present holdings., , WHY NOT HERE AND NOW FOR ANY OF THE 3 AMIGOES OR THEIR SPINOFFS THAT NEED FUNDING FOR THIS YEAR OR THE FUTURE?????? PEZ EASILY RAISED A LOT OF MONEY THAT WAY......

What bothers me with a partner is getting ourselves locked in... worse yet, anytime I see a big company participating in a joint venture I do not see price increase stabilization. yes maybe an initial small runup b4 the same old game of maniupulation.. These big boys I fear like to swallow these drillers up for as little as possible.. I may not see this clearly, but we do see it over and over... I ...more

I agree with you Stockmoves. Involving a major has its pros and cons. On the PRO side, the big name putting capital into the project as an investor gives vailidity to the project. And, the market can also assume that more money is potentially available from that big name should the project continue to show posiitve exploration results. On the CON side, there doesn't seem to be sustained ...more

Some of us have been in this game long enough to witness this statement of yours not once, but many times.. Let's not forget the best rallies only happen when the sector is so beaten up most have fled, fallen, lost hope. It seems to be the way. As far as rallies go, when buying comes in and traders and institutions see opportunity, stocks on ave go up 5 to 10 times off bottom.. As you say ...more

I've heard some pros say we're at the bottom floor but ill believe it when the stocks go up and not just the price of gold  Blood baths are  not always a bad thing if it brings about change

.13 seems to be a floor on AMK also which I find interesting with the continued weakness on TUD. We really do need GOLD to pop to bring in buying and it's struggling..
