What you mean to say is that AMY is testing, testing, testing, testing its shareholders' patience? I've made money with AMY before, and being back in now for two and half months, NOTHING is guaranteed with AMY till they get off their astrics and/or there is another fluke rise in the SP (other than the ebbs and flows of the "tide" that is, patterned into AMY's charts since ...more

Insiders sell for LOTS of reasons. This is a small sale in terms of both $$ and % of his ownership so this is, to me, inconsequential. I'd like to see some insider buying because insiders only buy for one reason, they think the price is going up.

Yes it is true that they sell for many reasons.  I have held the stock for many years, like Larry.  If I want some quick cash for something I will sell my amy stock which are long term capitol gains and pay minimal in taxes.  If you are dealing with an IRA this does not apply, you have to pay the full tax gain. which can be significant .  USA and Canda have the same captol ...more

True this is a small percentage of shares, however, appearance is the issue. Why? Well again this will tie in to Larry's podcasts. Replay the podcasts and you'll find once, if not twice, Larry indicated he expects the company share price to exceed new highs this year.
