RE:RE:RE:RE:A Tier One Company Walks Into A Bar And Says.....You seem to be a very well educated/dedicated investor, which is well beyond me, ha, ha. I had to laugh when you mentioned BBD, as I invested a bit in them years ago (got in at 78 cents and sold at $2). My main reason for investing in them (aside from luck on the timing it came to my attention) was because I knew the government would help/bail them out. I just checked their stock price yesterday by your posting - OUCH!
You mentioned a couple of years for the EV industry to really take flight and I would pretty much agree, yet here within the venture market, all here are looking to get in on the ground floor of whatever business/industry, and like you, I have been here for over three years. Three years, in my opinion, is too long for something of this project's liking, to not have taken on serious roots, yet (need not be an oak tree by now) for all the hype and supposed eager interest from numerous parties.
I have spoken to Zarco, a bit ago, and sent in questions over the years. I was surprised when I was told the pilot plant was sitting idle, when I asked how much revenue they were looking to get from it until the base plant was built. I was told they spent the 2 million dollars on it, and it had done what it was meant to do. Why buy a fancy crystal bowl set for a fancy engagement and then never use it again for birthday parties, BBQs, poker nights, or even bobbing for beer cans? Made/makes no sense to me? I guess it's beneath AMY to spend that time to make some extra coin?
I recall someone asking a bit ago how long it took for the pilot plant to produce the end product. It was said, after complete cleaning between runs, 8 hours???? And then Larry mentioned something about a month ago about using the pilot plant now??? I take in so much info on this and that here and there, I can't recall all the specifics. But again, I was under the impression the pilot plant was at least operational this entire time using BBS supplies. Even if you only make a few extra bucks for your time and effort (operational/office costs), it's better than a 2 million dollar toy sitting around collecting dust.
Till then, Sky, I hear ya. Some investments can be frustrating, to say the least, and unfortunately AMY is my current pair of cement shoes. Maybe Larry has a chisel and hammer laying about the plant somewhere, eh?
Cheers
