I emailed Larry :

Today there is discussion on the on the bullboard about the pilot plant and the use of it.Are you only using it to process samples for potential customers? Could it be used to generate some income or not?
Can you give any update on how the design of the commercial plant will be completed?

He replied:
Running a pilot plant to make money would be extremely costly at this time.  You would need at least 2 costly technicians to do just the processing work work.  Most work at Kemetco has slowed down or stopped at this time.  We will be updating soon.
