I don't agree with your hypothesis. First off this is not a stock split; it is a spin out of a past producing rare earth / precious metals property near New Hazelton BC.
Currently shareholders are receiving zero value for the Rocher Deboule property which produced some impressive numbers. It has had little to no modern exploration completed on it. In the current situation it will never get the attention it deserves nor should it.
AMY’s Lithium ion battery recycling process and Artillery Peak need to have AMY’s complete attention.
This spinout will only add value not split the value of shareholders. Shareholders will receive shares/value in a new company holding a valuable asset that has been lost in the recycling tech.
After the spin out AMY’s share price won’t even move.
