No More Spin Out

No More Spin OutNot sure if this is a good or bad thing. I have always stated that AMY mining assets would hinder any merger/acquisition relating to the recycling business. I think AMY is no longer a buyout play as their tech is not universal to every battery (at one time). Going forward AMY will rely on licensing deals. Which likely will exploit more revenue for the shareholders than a buyout scenario. Shrewd investors were leery of this stock split spin out as no one knew the value of it. Maybe now we can move on and benefit from both business lines. As for those who have trouble reading, I stated that nothing has really changed since December when the stock was 30 cents. I didn't say I think AMY was worth that price. Just that the shorters can hammer AMY until Larry announces something with financial numbers that warrant a stock surge. AMY will likely pay off but until the big splash we are back to the same old AMY....slow and steady decline. I feel bad for investors who bought in above 2 bucks. Companies such as Licycle which got a 200 plus million dollar deal with the state of New York and Lithion which partnered with Hyundai, are winning the race with apparently less tech than AMY. Come on Larry, strike a deal with someone to spark this stock.
