RE:Nobody Cares Larry Where to begin?
Larry has been playing fast and loose with communications for years.
Ever since Larry started the Howestreet podcast he has been blaming the predatory traders. let's look at some of Larry's/AMY's, claims/PR:
Tier 1 testing complete waiting for Tier 1 to independently verify results. Implied that a agreement was imminent....crickets. Two years old?
MOU with Italvolt. Claimed that shareholders said there was no deal, "Italvolt is a deal" then, later, stated that the details of the MOU had not been finalized. To my knowledge and lack of PR deal (MOU) still not finalized.
Rocher Gold property, first Larry focused on Copper, then he switched (pivoted) to gold. How long did Larry claim that he was waiting on court approval for the spin-out? Since when does the court approve a spin out? Of course, later, Larry said a spin out was not best for the shareholders. Does that even make sense? Remember how Larry stated that the American Manganese shareholders would get shares of both entities and could not understand why the market didn't price in the value of Rocher.
Of course he buried the rejection of the Wenden project by the DOL. How many positive PR's were based solely on Wenden?
The last podcast he claimed that American Manganese would have the largest demonstration plant in North America? What? Do you think Redwood, LiCycle, American Battery, etc. might have something to say about that claim? Of course Larry changed the pilot plant term to demonstration plant. In fact he may have the largest demonstration plant (bench scale plant)
I think he said, "we may get a little revenue by 2nd or 3rd quarter" What are the margins? Price they receive from refiner (revenue) - Cost of Feedstock minus Kemetco's fees minus expenses. I would assume clean cathode scrap is far more expensive than spent batteries due to the purity level difference.
For the shareholders of AMY, how do you feel about Larry mentioning "Stockhouse" kudos to you Invest1dollar4U, you are now on Larry's radar. Tell me one CEO that you know that spends his time on the bullboards?
