TD buying everything in sight lately

TD buying everything in sight latelyTD is buying everything in sight and this has been going on for a few days now or at least that’s when I noticed it. Can anyone explain why or who they are buying the shares for? Cheers and good luck p.s. It will be nice to break 0.70 and stay there, I might get a nose bleed, LOL
