Insiders not only participated in the private placement but are also buying in the open market
Insider selling is non-existent
Both nevada sunrise and Animas announced a financing within days if each other, neither too big just enough to get to the next stage if results warrant it
We all know the management and group involved with Animas do not leak results and are as honest as they come but reading the press release today and looking at the movement in NEV (up over 20%) I have to believe someone really likes the look of the rock and in the case of NEV they had Peter Spina write it up speculating it could be the next big discovery.
It also could be nothing and if so there are a lot more irons in the fire on the ANI side than with NEV but I must admit that it seems like the execution of the drilling program, news releases and website updates are finally up to par again and fingers are crossed that this renewed sense of urgency in keeping shareholders updated is only a precursor to why the people involved with ANI got involved with the company which is a big discovery.
