The Company also manufactures expansion tanks, commercial solar water heating systems, swimming pool and spa heaters, related products and parts. Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

The normal due diligence for the project would need to be done by any prospective financier. That is why I only listed the basic terms, but I have confidence in this group to deliver.

With respect to leading the uprising, that is a question for another day as this is only the discovery stage to determine if we have enough votes.

With respect to your comment on a rebellion, the market cap difference between STP and AOS should answer that question......The market always knows.
