The North America segment serves residential and commercial end markets with a range of products, including water heaters, boilers, water treatment products, and other. The Company also manufactures expansion tanks, commercial solar water heating systems, swimming pool and spa heaters, related products and parts. Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

At the current SP AOS is undervalued at $28 million. Their Q3 financial reports should be coming out within the next 24 hours and you can see the value in assets on the books. Based on the last financial report and considering the $56 million payout, I would put them (my rough estimate) in the 65-75 million range. Now what their book value vs. market perceived value is another story but the current SP is way too low and we should some an adjustment when the $$ hits the bank.
