All Enirgi asked for was their money back on maturity, on an interest-free loan. Does that make them bandits?
Indeed, the court decision made it appear Enirgi would have been satisfied with majority control of Andover...a better outcome for non-insider shareholders than the bankruptcy.
I hope that the properties did not land in the hands of AOX-related people, with a view to cutting out non-insider shareholders.
