Further to the TSX Venture Exchange ('TSXV') Bulletin dated February 12, 2014and the Company's press release dated February 13, 2014, effective at the opening Tuesday, February 18, 2014, trading in the shares of the Company will be suspended for failure to maintain Continued Listing Requirements.
Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the Company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
