example 16000 +2000 acres owned land
if the trustee sell me 18000 acres for a dollar each I ll buy. I informed the trutsee I will at a certain level buy ut for me. but wait its not hunting land. its water and its in ownership of aox. so its worth if developed could be alone 3 to 10 million, but its mining land and as said not just the claim to dig. that makes it to 20 to 50 million in my opinion. the 60 million fine was paid down by aox!!!! if the trustee dont want to be sued he need to be careful. sell and lease back? sell to the country of utah or salt lake. sell to rio tinto... just the land is more than debt worth.

If the land is so valuable, how come AOX management failed to realize any of this value? How would the trustee be negligent and liable to be sued for not realizing tens of millions, when AOX couldn't raise the first $2.5 million?

as I said timeframe does not allow to ask all and everbody for a bid for 6 projects. the bids mighta be to oportunitsic. bid was ok but paperwork, validationa or people juat not available... they thought ophir would be enough to solve all. what is up with thia jv?
