RE:RE:Just to give you and idea what deals like these are worth...Key words are "Upon successful evaluation," ImmunoBiochem has been granted the rights to license APCs proprietary site-selective conjugation technology to further develop its antibody drug conjugate candidate towards the clinic. "The pre-negotiated licensing terms include upfront and milestone payments and royalties." looks like they already hammered out the royalty and upfront payment. But the upon successful evaluation is key. Once the evaluation is complete, I'm sure they will announce the terms of the royalty and upfront payment. Be patient and you will be rewarded.
