In my opinion, should easily trade up to $0.60/Share (Fully Diluted) in the coming month. Sale expected to close Nov 1 2023.

Purchase Price = $10M +/- working cap adjustments (target $6.7M WC)

Fully diluted share count = 15.36M

yes, maybe someone knows something; that was a lot of shares traded today (123K shares); i emailed the company last week asking what their plan was and they never responded to me.
