. He did say that they were basically finished the difficult part of the setting up process with NEC. And that once you got everything set up it could mostly run itself. Also that having gone through this process with one channel partner, future such arrangements should go much more quickly and smoothly. (this is me paraphrasing). There was a learning curve.
