Well, it is a no-news day, but still interesting to me, as this is the first hostile takeover that I've had the opportunity to observe/experience.   Correct me if my math is wrong.  I am looking at the demand for shares at 0.40 right now.  Nuri said that they would buy up to 5% of the outstanding shares on tsxv.  Which would be 0.05 * 52,840,000 = 2 642 000 shares.   And they purchased  532,000 yesterday, so that leaves 2,110,000 shares.  But the bids are at   5925 lots = 5925 * 500 = 2,962,500 shares, so that leaves 852,500 shares that someone else is going after  ($341,000).

Sorry if this is all patently obvious ... or if I have made an error!   I am just wondering who the other bidder(s) is/are
