warrants as per the MD&A
"On March 24, 2015, in connection with the bought deal private placement, the Company issued 9,522, 795 warrants exercisable by the holder into one common share of the Company at a price of $0.55 per share for a period of 24 months from the closing date, subject to an accelerated expiry. As at the date of this D&A, November 9, 2016, the Company has 9,522,795 warrants outstanding."
