Here is Zacks's report

Zack's report?  As per twitter headlines "Nuri Offering $22M for a profitable company that just reported $58M in Sales?"  "New Products Should Accelerate Growth for Apivio in 2017"  (they said in the conference call that they had developed a new product for NEC, which they were paid for already, which will appear in July)

I thought that Rob Bakshi sounded a bit more fatigued than usual in the conference call. Embattled and beleaguered, but still pushing forward.

Thought there would be a competing offer from the other parties apv mentioned in the news release? I guess not from the lack of news about it.  Hate to see what would happen to the stock price if this  Nuri deal does not go through.
