Could occur any moment  like you said, well in advance of the time of expiry of Nuri offer  dont tender

The smart people have already gotten their shares sold in the previous and today's run in my opinion.

So if as the press release says the company is finalizing a superior offer and it is more than .42 how were they smart?

Doesn't matter what the offer is if the deal does not close!  The people that sold at the $.40 level have the cash in hand!!  Make sense to you now or should I explain more!

The company are going to present a superior offer to shareholders  The new offer will be accepted  Spoke with Jason for 45 minutes ,,,, understand if they offer .48 cents and you sell on that press release ....
