Facedrive Reportedly Mulls Filing For Bankruptcy Under CCAA

The problem with eviscerating some of your largest shareholders is that eventually, they’re probably going to get even. Facedrive found this out the hard way this morning, with Imran Khan, a co-founder of the company, revealing he has received notice that the company is looking to hold an initial hearing under the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act in mid to late September.

Effectively, Facedrive is reportedly considering filing for bankruptcy.

It seems Mr. Khan issued a fake letter to indicate that the Facedrive will be out of business. Share price went down to below $1.00. Now it's close to $4.00.share. This seems planned news release to create a panic and people sold their share low and now the management and Khan is buying share at low price.
