Some honest Info:

Not going to be delisted. On the TSX it remains over $1. On the US OTC you are not delisted for failing to maintain a share price. Ignore or triple verify everything on this board including me and do some real research on a platform that offers real data and analysis. Yahoo Finance conversation boards are mostly morons, I could be one too but at least I offer some self deprecation with my post.

There is still 67% insider ownership and that's just way too high. Too many shares remain locked up for significant public and institutional ownership. Large sells of insider stock that coincide with the expiration of lock up periods is VERY common and even welcomed sometimes to increase the float and liquidity of shares. All these large insider sells don't mean anything necessarily bad without additional context and many were probably planned and even encouraged by the board to increase the float.

With that said....

The food delivery reviews are troubling.

The simultaneous exit of a founding partner, senior execs and CFO is troubling unless malfeasance was discovered and the board is purging bad apples quietly. Who knows?

The resignation of the auditor a mere 2 months after starting is troubling.

The Malar connection is troubling as a few Malar subsidiaries have contracts with Facedrive to provide IT and Marketing Services. Self dealing and conflicts of interest seem to be all around this company in my opinion and could explain recent events, disclosures and resignations of executives.

The other founding partner is staying and seems committed to make something work here. There are clouds of hope and despair all around this one.

And as i said before FD is not over yet, there will be some more unexpected surprises.

buddy you miss one major point. They are very very close to be insolvent and this company was always set up to steal money from retail investors
