RE: MergerIf that's the case then ARH would hold i believe over 90% of the foothills property. That would be impressive since they initially started with about 20% a couple years ago. But, most importantly is financing. BP mentioned another investment company was halted along with ARH and UNE, which could be a financial arrangement. If so that would lift the cloud over ARH. Albeit it a year late but better late than never. Should be interesting.
