Heserves as President of PanSouthern Petroleum and Westfort Energy Ltd. Mr.Pansano has been a Director of Altima Resources Ltd. since May 3, 2006; OdysseyPetroleum Corp. since August 25, 2005 and serves as Directorof Westfort Energy Ltd. He has been Independent Director of PrecisionEnterprises Inc. since June 16, 2006.
