B.O.D. Positions & Consolidation
Our board of directors are holding quite a few shares...
Joe DeVries - CEO/President - holds 22,671,500 shares
Stephen Watts - Director- holds 24,773,520 shares
Jurgon Wolf - Director- holds 2,077,500 shares
James O'Byrne - Chairman & Director - holds 1,027,000 shares
The final consolidation ratio (up to 15:1) an the effective date of the Consolidation shall be the date determined by the directors, in their sole discretion, subject to applicable regulatory and stock exchange requirements.
IMO with the BOD holding approx 1/6th of the shares one has to think they truly believe consolidation is best for them and us! One would also think it will be close to the previously announced .09 valuation the company gave themselves which makes today's price one hell of a deal!
