According to level 2  there are 202 K shares on the ask at .03 and another approx 120 k shares on offer to .08 cents. With only 4 million floating shares this could go through the roof in a big ...more

According to my RBC account there are 21 million shares but only 4 million are floating. Both of these numbers are low for an oil company don't you think?
