Just spoke with IIROC. There's a good chance we may be halted until feb 25 the closing date. They're currently waiting for this to be approved by the exchange before they release the halt.

Lmao. I lie all the time. I didn't call this number 1 [phone] at 9:34am this morning and I guess I didn't speak to anyone at IIROC.  I guess when I say "there's a good chance we may be halted" I was certainly making things up and clearly implying there was a 99.99999% chance.  give me a break.

Its by design. The type of financing is done to prevent shorts hammering the price while we wait for it to close. Looks like no action till end of the month. In the meantime so sales would be nice. Nothing sold since Nov.
