RE: The News?I am disappointed that they did not announce the drilling problems whenthey had encountered them and when they decided to leave the fish in thehole and go for a sidetrack

Could this have been because they were renegotiating with the KRG ?
Todays news release does shed light on why the exchange had neither approved or disproved the issuance of 60 million shares.
