What do you believe has held ARHT back this past year?
As noted in earlier post these 2 companies that share some of the same technology were a dime apart about 1 year ago.
Nextech (NTAR) at $2.57 right now while ARHT is struggling to hold .095 .

Major difference seems to be the steady stream of new partnerships etc. that Nextech is accumulating and announcing.
