Easy to be a "Couch Quarterback"

Easy to be a "Couch Quarterback"But ,I seriously wonder if more "Outside of the Box" brainstorming would be helpful at ARHT?
If follow-on business is limited with current applications possibly greater consideration of daily repeat uses is essential.
Here's a couple of wild ones raised in the past.
1.)
A version that could accompany paramedics to emergency scenes and would allow a Trauma doctor to visually assess / advise on-site.
2.)
A unit that would provide more direct human presence  in complex remote and/or disaster environments.

I'm pretty sure others have more and possibly better or more easily achievable ideas.
