We don't need daily nr's (this is not ntar pump). Shorters need to stay at home and stop manipulating and the board of directors may be a little bit more moderate at converting warrents and this would easily move towards 1$+ just of interest, potential, tec, mgmt etc..

Patience. This stock will soon rocket. News is coming ! And, it will be BIG ! It's a fact ! The players involved with ART will be significant as will be the contracts ! The next NR will blow the doors off $1 ! We got a taste of this last week.
