RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Shorted ARTG today at $5.07Lots of companies file shelf share plans. Doesn't in any way mean that they're going to tap it. The additional costs you speak of was to build out so that phase 2 can be implimented sooner...that's a good thing.  Even if they did need to raise a bit more so what? They'll have less than 300 million shares outstanding even with all the warrants being exercised. How many 400k ounce producers do you know with that few shares outstanding?  Do you think two insiders are stupid and bought recklessly  on the open market recently serious chunks of shares?  If management is buying at the market with the updated FS due soon I won't lose any sleep holding my shares.  By the way I took a lot of profits recently and will now slowly build back my stake since the FED is out of the way
