Should be a decent run
Over the next 18 months. They should hit some key milestones and then get sold. The insiders have set themselves up very nicely.

Could there be some issue or uncertainties with the permit that i they will receive in q1 2023? I think the Artemis has laged vs some peers....

I find Artemis Gold to be the most exacting company among the mid-size developers! But this final permits are a crucial part for this project to go forward, once this permits are in place I will increas my Artemis holdings!
