Thats why i am not buying till the permits have been delivered. Sell!  Buy back when it drops.

Just waiting for a signature now.  It's gone through all the processes and just needs to be signed off on. Do you think the company would order all the equipment if there was any doubt about the last step?  Everything should be in place this month. If you wait you'll be paying up.

It wouldn't be the first time the NDP government has f--ked some company. The company has to pre-order their equipment, you just don't phone them up the day after you get your permits. Artemis went down 25 cents friday while the price of gold went up. Maybe some one inside  knows something? Thats why i wouldn't buy yet. Maybe i'm wrong?

But it went down on low volume on Friday. If there is insider trading, then look at the trading week at SBB, there it went strongly up with strong volume. If ARTG went down sharply on heavy volume, then there might be something to it, but it doesn't look like it at the moment. Also, the financing was closed, do you think the banks would release the money if the permit didn't come? Also

That strategy may work for you but it is very difficult to time the market. I would not want to be on the outside looking in when they receive the BC Mines Act permit approval. This final permit decision is just a rubber stamp at this point and will almost certainly be approved this quarter (if not this week).
